Day 01: Bagan arrival – temple plain
Welcome to Bagan, the sarced land of Buddhism.
Located on the southern part of Irrawaddy river bank, Bagan occupy 16km2 with more than 2500 pagodas and ruins. The architecture and religious art vary from one to another, featuring the uniqueness of Myanmar with amazing beauty.
This day, we will venture into the heritages of Shwezigon, Gawdamgyi, Htilomino pagodas…
Day 02: Balloon Over Bagan – Horse cart ride Bagan (B,D)
Nyang U market is a traditional activities remains at its origin for years. This is a really a place where you can capture the daily life of local people.
We will spend the rest of our day, discovering the way local people make lacquer ware.
The highlight of this day focuses on the Balloon Ride over Bagan where you are to admire the spectacular of Bagan on air while floating with the wind. Gliding scenes of temples, river and specially sunset will be captured into your camera.
Day 03: Bagan heritages (B,D)
Spend full day to capture the beauty of Bagan heritage sites.
We will have chance to visit local villages including Manuha and Mya Zedi, where we will experience the traditional life of Burmese in Bagan. Enjoy puppet performances at a local restaurant while your dinner is servered.
Day 04: Bagan – Mt. Popa – Bagan (B)
Enjoy a drive through palm, peanut plantation to reach Mt. Popa where the Popa Kalaung Temple is perched. This is the most famous site in Myanmar for meditation.Relax by the peak of Popa to behold the panoramic view of the area.We then return to Bagan for a visit to traditional village of Lacquer Ware production.Taking a sunset cruise on Irrawaddy River.
Day 05: Bagan departure (B)
Today, we free at your own leisure before transfer to airport to connect to your next destinations. End of the services
