Day 01: Bangkok Arrival
Upon your arrival in Thailand, our guide and driver will welcome you for your hotel transfer.Start your Bangkok discovery with a visit to Wat Po, one of the most sacred and oldest temples in Bangkok, also known as hoem to the original school of traditional Thai massage. Our tour continues to Grand Palaces where you will capture the most revered Buddha image.Welcome dinner in Thailand.
Day 02: Bangkok city tour
Spend full day to discover Bangkok city including an orientation walk in China town, visiting unique markets and Chinese temples. We will experience the street life of Thai people along the canal before dropping in Wat Arun, a famous site of the city. Free to visit night market on your own.
Day 03: Bangkok – Chiang Mai
A short flight will bring you to Chiang Mai, the hub or northern Thailand.Today, we explore Chiang Mai`s highlights with our local guide. Commence your sightseeing with visits to ancient temples and markets.In the afternoon, climbing up the mountain to visit Wat Prathat Doi Suthep to experience the holy temple and soaking some intimate cultural interaction with local Hmong people.
Day 04: Chiang Mai – Elephant Camp
Elephant riding is one of the most pleasant experience is Chiang Mai where you will immerse in tropical forests, lush green valley and getting touch with elephants.As we travel further into the thick forest of Chiang Mai, we will visit a local elephant camp then crosee Mae Ping River for an enjoyable bamboo rafting ride.
Day 05: Chiang Mai – Chiang Dao – Golden Triangle
Leave Chiang Mai on a snaking road to Doi Mae Salong. On route, we will visit the villages of Akha and Yao minorities. Heading to Golden Triangle through the scenic area of Chiang Mai province.
Day 06: Golden Triangle sightseeing
Our first destination of the day is the Hall of Opium where history and tales of this famous areas. After that, we will board a Mekong trip to behold the magnificent view of the river. We will visit Laos border before returning to Golden Triangle.
Day 07: Golden Triangle – Keng Tung
Set off this morning to travel to Myanmar. Today, we will travel to Mae Sai border then we will cross the border to Shan State of Myanmar. A stroll through the busy border market gives you a chance to meet friendly locals who are shopping in traditional longyis (sarongs) and often sporting thanaka, the local make-up and sunscreen. Our driver will take you to Kengtung town through scenic hills and small villages
Day 08: Keng Tung Trekking
Have breakfast at your hotel then commence your scenic drive on the mountain side to reach Kong Ma, the habitat of Wa people. From here, we will trek into the land of Lahu, Shi tribes with interesting interaction with local. Our guide will introduce you about their unique tradition, quaint customs and their traditional cultivation. Transfer back to Keng Tung town.
Day 09: Keng Tung – Inle Lake
Today, we depart from Keng Tung to Heho by plane. After 1 hour transfer, we have a chance to relax by Inle Lake with a private boat trip. It is time to capture the image of one leg rower Intha fishermen, exotic floating gardens and different traditional villages.The highlight of this day is the visit to Phang Daw Oo pagoda, famed as “ Jumping Cat “ pagoda.Rest at your resort to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Day 10: Inle Lake sightseeing
Explore Inle Lake from sounds and sights. We will learn how local people do floating vegetation, making boat, silver smith and silk weaving.Our tour also offers a chance to learn how to ride a wooden sampans by 1 leg like a real Intha man.
Day 11: Inle Lake – Indein – Bagan
Visit one of the most unique market on Inle lake which happens 5 days in different villages in Inlay area : the Indein market. There is no better chance to behold the scene of Pa-O, Padang tribes in theirtraditional dresses.Our guide will offer you some visit to local habitat of Pa-O people in Indein. Heading to Heho for the flight to Bagan.
Day 12: Bagan Biking
Embarking a full cycling tour exploring the remainder of Bagan which consists of more than 2500 temples andpagodas. This archaeological site brings us to the scared history of ancient Bagan capital with the development of Buddhism.As we travel further into the land of temple spires, Htilomino, Gawdamgangyi, Ananda and Shwezigon temples will attract your sense of curiosity with a profound impression.The highlight of this day is the sunset from the second highest temple the Shwenandaw.
Day 13: Bagan – Popa mountain – Yangon
Today, we venture to Popa national park where Mt. Popa is located. After 2 hours driving, we will climb up to Papa Kalat pagoda, the most sacred place for meditation in Myanmar. Enjoy your lunch by Mt. Popa resort with panoramic view of the area.Return to Bagan to experience the traditional work of lacquer ware before taking the flight back to Yangon.
Day 14: Yangon city tour
Enjoy your orientation tour of Yangon with a walk from Sule pagoda to Strand Hotel where you will encounter numerous of British colonial buildings and Emmanual Church. You will have chance to observe the local life on Yangon river side.In the afternoon, we will visit Chautatkhgyi pagoda, famed for the biggest reclining Buddha statue in Myanmar, followed by a pleasant walk in royal place where you will admire Karaweik Palace and the green park of Kandawgyi. Your highlight of this day is the visit to Shwedagon, the most outstanding pagoda, dominating the skyline of Yangon with a magical golden flash.
Day 15: Yangon departure
Rest at your leisure or do shopping at Scott market, the biggest market in Myanmar Asia which is famous for handicraft, gems and jewelry. Our driver will take you to the airport for your departure flight
